What we build

Five things, not a menu padded out to look bigger. Here is each one, with what it includes and what it costs.

Process

How an engagement runs

The same four phases whether it is a store, a fix sprint, a chatbot or an application. Real durations, not aspirational ones — and design and development run together rather than one waiting on the other.

  1. Discovery

    1 week

We look at what you have and what it has to do, then write the scope. Paid, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us. If we are the wrong fit, we say so here rather than three weeks in.

    • Audit of the current site, app or data — whatever the work replaces
    • Written scope with a fixed price before any code is written
    • The constraints named up front: platform limits, integrations, deadlines
  2. Design and build

    2–7 weeks

One phase, not two. The design settles while the thing gets built, on an environment you can open any day — a development store, a staging URL, a preview deploy.

    • Brand and interface decided in the browser, not in a slide deck
    • Shipped in slices you can use, so feedback lands in the build
    • Weekly notes on what changed, what is next, what is blocked
    • Performance and accessibility checked as we go, not at the end
  3. Launch

    1 week

The switch is the boring part if the week before it was not. We watch the first week closely, because that is when real traffic finds what staging did not.

    • Redirects, schema, sitemap and analytics verified before the switch
    • Documentation and a handover walkthrough for whoever runs it
    • Two weeks of post-launch fixes at no charge
  4. After

    Ongoing, optional

Either we keep going or we hand it over properly. Both are fine, and the handover is not made difficult to keep you.

    • Development, SEO and maintenance on a monthly retainer
    • Or a clean exit: your code, your accounts, documented

What it costs

Ranges, published on purpose. If the number is wrong for you, better to know now than after two calls.
